Welcome to Enchanted Bricks!

We are a family-operated store based in PA specializing in New and Used LEGO Parts, Minifig Parts, and Accessories. Our inventory is regularly updated as we continue to grow.

Parts:

  • New Parts: These parts are sourced personally from sealed LEGO sets or the Pick A Brick selection. They may have minor scuffs, imperfections, or color variations.

  • Used Parts: Our Used Bricks and Figures come from various sources and are generally in " Good to Acceptable" condition, which means they may exhibit minor to moderate scuffs, nicks, scratches, discoloration, stress marks, and general playwear. Heavily damaged or very poor condition items are marked as " MODERATE TO SEVERE PLAYWEAR" in the comments. However, please note that our system isn't perfect. If you require items in excellent condition, we recommend ordering New Parts.

  • Certain parts may have color variations or discoloration due to age or use, especially in colors like White, Yellow, and Light Bluish Grey. We make every effort to minimize this but acknowledge that perfection may not always be attainable.

  • We strive to discern between similar colors (e.g., Light Bluish Gray and Light Gray, Brown and Reddish Brown), but occasional errors may occur.

  • We also aim to distinguish between different part variants (e.g., a, b, c), but please understand that we may occasionally mix part variants unintentionally. All Used Bricks are thoroughly washed and sanitized.

Minifigs:

  • New Figs: New Minifigures will be shipped unassembled unless assembled directly from LEGO ( Can be assembled prior to shipping  upon request).

  • Used Figs: Used Minifigures are generally shipped assembled unless stated otherwise in the original listing.

 

Fees:

  • We DO NOT charge any extra handling fees.

  • Currently, we have a required minimum purchase of $5.00 on all orders.

Shipping:

  • We currently ship with USPS.

  • Orders generally ship within 24 - 72 hours of payment received.

  • Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only, with Saturday shipping on a limited basis.

  • Larger orders of 50 lots or more may take an additional day to process and ship.

  • While we strive to keep shipping costs low, they are subject to change.

  • Smaller orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer. If you require your order to be boxed, please use the invoice option and contact us. We will inform you of any shipping and handling changes.

  • New parts may be shipped together in the same bag as other new parts, and the same applies to used parts.

  • All domestic orders include free tracking, and will have Limited Insurance. The buyer assumes all liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Additional Insurance must be added at checkout, especially for international shipping.

  • International shipping is being offered on a vary limited basis and must be invoiced as it is expensive, so We reccommend ording everything you need in one order. All Customs orders will show actual value of product and will be listed at "Plastic Building Toy"  Buyer is responsible for any Fees / Customs (International shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19 )

Feedback: 

Feedback is a major part of a small business especially in a Niche market such as ours,  we will generally leave feedback as soon as the order has been picked and packed. We ask that as soon as you recieve your order you mark it received even before checking contents for accuracy. Once contents are checked for completeness and accuracy please mark as Complete and leave Feedback we greatly appreciate all Feedback. 

All orders still open after 14 days of confirmed delivery will be closed and  buyer assumes responsibility for any errors.

** Incorrect Items **

Our inventory of New and Used Parts is always growing and changing, as we set up our warehouse. We do our best to distinguish between similar colors or part variations but due to production changes there may be some variations. Most errors will be caught during the picking process but we are but Mere Humans. Please Bear with us, we will contact you with any changes that arise.

If You have Missing, Damaged or Incorrect pieces Please Contact us immediately through Bricklink so we can come to an agreement on how to resolve the issue. Buyer Assumes Liability Past 14 Days of recipt.  We strive to make you experience with us as Enjoyable as the Little Bricks we all love and will work with you to make it Right. 

*Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations 

Please Read all descriptions prior to purchase !

Buyer assumes responsibility if ordered incorrect part or color, exchanges can be made at your expense within 7 days of recieving order.

Any Returned Orders will have a 20% Restocking Fee

Cancellation Policy

  1. Definition of Cancellation: Cancellation refers to the act of rescinding or withdrawing an order that has been placed by the Buyer.

  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5.25% of the grand total order value will be charged to the Buyer in the event of a cancellation. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the cancellation and restocking the merchandise. The restocking fee will always be applied and is non-waivable.

  3. Timing of Cancellation: Cancellation requests will not be honored if the status of the order is marked as Packed or Shipped. To be eligible for a refund, the Buyer must request to cancel their order before it reaches this stage.

  4. Requesting to Cancel: The Buyer must request cancellation in writing via the "Send Message" form at the bottom of your Bricklink Order details page. The Buyer must provide their order number and a brief explanation for the cancellation.

  5. Refund Process: Upon receipt of the cancellation request, the Seller will process the refund within 2 business days. The Buyer will receive the refund less the 5.25% restocking fee.

  6. Limitation of Liability: The Buyer acknowledges that the 5.25% restocking fee is a reasonable amount and that the Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the cancellation of the order.

By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Orders Must be paid for within 7 Days of Invoice (As Per BrickLink)  Non Paying Buyer alert will be filed if not recieved, or there has been no communication from buyer.

Other

*We are a Smoke free Store, but we do own a Dog, so anyone with pet allergies is advised. We apologize if any fur makes it into the packaging.

-We try to use as much recycled plastic as possible and as such some shipping boxes/ Envelopes and internal bags may be reused. Lots may be combined to save on waste.
